Kurt is one of the most well-received characters the show has, and the show won a GLAAD award, partly for his wonderful performance as a struggling gay teen. Plus, he's usually very funny, and he and his father's storyline is touching.

I liked how his dad respects him and got mad when someone called Kurt a fag. It shows he really is accepting Kurt.
